This apartment is a lovely base for staying in Valencia. Location is magnificent and perfect, Plaza del Ayuntamiento nearby. Not to mention that it's close to nice restaurants, parking and different tourist attractions.

Spotlessly clean property close to old city centre, the market, many restaurants and cafes close by and the main attraction in the Valencia city centre. Kind staff at all times.

Building is immaculately clean, everything is spotlessly clean. Its location is excellent, in the vicinity to Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Conveniently located in a central district, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Clean and well-equipped rooms with a comfortable lounge area and separate bedroom. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent recommendations for dining. Enjoyed the complimentary gift received for my birthday. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The place was spotless with quiet atmosphere close to Valencia, the aquarium and bus stops. Brilliant setting for celebrating birthday...

It was a pleasant experience for us; would stay there again. We have stayed here for one night. The location was incredible, 5 minutes' walk from Place.

We really enjoyed every moment of the stay, very enjoyable experience. It was located in a historic area just off city center and train station, and metro to airport, both shopping venues and cafes and restaurants, and supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, shopping mall,.

My recent stay at a centrally located apartment was excellent. The clean and modern apartment was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The helpful and friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. The breakfast at the nearby building was also great. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.

It's perfectly clean apartment with marvellous and magnificent location.

The building was really close to the tourist destinations, more cheap and far away from the center and old town and local attractions, even so its area was quite loud.

Tbh, the room was quite noisy.

The apartment was tastefully decorated and easy to find. We felt safe with the security code provided. The communication with reception was optimal, and they were responsive to our requests. Plus, the location was fantastic, with taxis and buses nearby. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. The beds were comfy, and the shower was new and modern. we had a wonderful experience.

some appliances, like the washing machine and oven, were not as advertised.
